Thailand is very vegetarian-friendly. You can easily find Pad Thai (veg), Mango Sticky Rice, and various fruit shakes. Convenience stores also stock labeled veg snacks.
The local currency is the Thai Baht (THB). While cards are accepted in malls, cash is essential for island transfers, street food, and the Full Moon Party.
