Your safety is our priority. We carefully vet all our ground partners and hold them to consistent quality and safety standards.
You’ll have a dedicated trip captain or local coordinator available throughout the trip for 24x7 support.
If something still doesn’t go as expected, you’re not left dealing with it alone. You can directly reach out to Wondrr — our team will step in and ensure it gets resolved.
From planning to completion, we are here at every step of the way. We make sure you’re taken care of - so you can focus on the experience.
Expect temperatures between -10°C to -30°C. Heavy layering (merino wool thermals + down jackets) and insulated snow boots are mandatory.
No. Pipes freeze in winter. Homestays provide hot water in buckets, and dry compost toilets are used. This is a rugged, authentic experience.
Jio and BSNL are the only networks with partial connectivity in Kaza/Tabo. High-altitude villages like Hikkim have zero network.
Altitude sickness is real. We provide 24x7 Oxygen Cylinders. We recommend acclimatizing in Kalpa/Narkanda and keeping hydrated. Avoid alcohol.
