Arrive in Dehradun and board a shared vehicle for a scenic 190 km drive to Kotgaon, the base camp of the trek.,The drive passes through winding roads, tons of pine forest canopies, river valleys, and quiet Garhwali villages.,Spend the night at a cozy traditional wooden homestay in Kotgaon, acclimating to the fresh mountain breeze.

After a hearty breakfast, begin your trek of 4-5 km ascending towards the Hargaon campsite.,Trek through serene forest paths, open meadows, and thick pine and oak clearings.,Settle down at the campsite, enjoy hot local meals, and camp under the peaceful Himalayan wilderness.

Trek 6 km from Hargaon to Kedarkantha Base Camp.,Trek through thick snow-dusted pine forests ascending to the frozen Juda ka Talab alpine lake.,Reach the base camp at 11,250 feet, marvel at the summit peak, and camp under the starry night sky.

Start early at 3 AM for the summit push, trekking through deep snow trails in freezing winter conditions.,Reach the Kedarkantha Summit (12,500 ft) for a breathtaking sunrise over Swargarohini and Bandarpoonch.,Descend to basecamp for warm food, then continue down to Hargaon or Kotgaon for your overnight stay (10 km total).

Enjoy breakfast at the base camp, saying farewell to the mountains.,Drive 190 km back to Dehradun, passing through scenic valleys and pine-covered ridges.,Arrive in Dehradun by evening, concluding your memorable Kedarkantha winter trekking adventure.
